Parker Leigh Catering began as all good things do with hungry bellies and a fully stocked kitchen.  With a collection of family recipes and a growing crowd around the table, the girls could whip up a storm of all things delicious and filling.   After a few phone calls from friends who smelled something delicious wafting down the neighborhood, Kathy and Cambria decided to share the love and sell some pies for Thanksgiving.  Pie orders grew into supper orders and soon everything in-between.  The rest is history as mother and daughter found a way to turn their love of cooking into a business.  Cooking and baking a little bit of everything along the way makes life just a little bit more tasty!  So gather up around the table!
